As ADHDers we are constantly buying stuff to try to make our lives easier. I don't know about you but I have a whole basement full of crap that didn't work. below are my go-to products that really work for my ADHD brain. I hope you'll find they help you too! Please use the links below to support my blog and mission to help others in the same boat as us!

Reusable Grocery Bags That YOU'll ACTUALLY USE!
If you're like me you have a gazillion cloth grocery bags in the back of your car that you always FORGET TO BRING INTO THE STORE! I can't tell you how many times I used to curse at myself in the checkout line because I forgot them AGAIN! Well these cute little guys are so small they go right in your purse! So when you get in line, and freak out that you didn't grab your bags you'll feel pretty damn smart because you had them in your purse all along! Time Blind? This little timer will help you stay on track!
Time blindness is a problem. How many times have you been late because you lost track of time? I have absolutely no concept of time passing so I set this little guy when I have an appointment or deadline and must stay on task. Then when you think you have time to research one more thing on YouTube or get distracted cleaning your bathroom drawer, you'll look up and see how much time you actually have left. If you're new to ADHD or not sure you have it, This is a must read!
In my opinion, Ned Hallowell is the Premier ADHD expert and his advice can be trusted. In Driven to Distraction, Hallowell and Ratey explore the varied forms ADHD takes, from hyperactivity to daydreaming. They dispel common myths, offer helpful coping tools, and give a thorough accounting of all treatment options as well as tips for dealing with a diagnosed child, partner, or family member. But most importantly, they focus on the positives that can come with this “disorder”—including high energy, intuitiveness, creativity, and enthusiasm. Driven to Distraction https://amzn.to/4an8tq9

When you're happy you're more productive!
This one may seem odd but when I'm in a space I love, everything is good! So take some time to make a space feel special. Also, not sure if you're like this (many ADDers are) but fluorescent lights hurt my eyes! For me, simply stringing these lights across the ceiling a) makes me smile and b) gives me good, warm, inviting light! They come in different lengths depending on your needs. FYI, good idea to velcro the remote to the wall so you don't misplace it! Warm White String Lights Plug in with Remote https://amzn.to/404dhMl
